Mary Margaret Dutcher

Mary Margaret was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma and received her dance training from the Academy of Ballet and Theatre Arts, where she studied ballet, jazz, and contemporary. During her time there, she performed featured roles in full-length productions of Cinderella, The Nutcracker, and The Sleeping Beauty, as well as performing in Tulsa Ballet’s production of the Nutcracker. From a young age, she spent her summers studying at Tulsa Ballet and at the Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute.

She fell in love with teaching as a sophomore in high school, and has been teaching a variety of dance styles ever since, with a strong emphasis on ballet and contemporary styles. Mary Margaret went on to study at Oklahoma City University’s prestigious dance program, The Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment, where she has performed in Home for the Holidays, Broadway Revue, and Hit the Lights, while being fortunate enough to continue her teaching career. She plans to receive her Bachelor of Science in Dance Management in 2020. She is so grateful and excited to be starting her first year at Dance Unlimited.
